For over 20 years we have been developing a Photographic Chemical Mixer (Mischanlage für Fotochemie) for large Photofinishers and Photo processors. Our standard version of the Weber ChemMix Chemical Mixer can mix 400l of ready-to-use product per hour and is equipped with a pH regulator and Siemens touch panel to adjust any input seamlessly. The amount of compartments and size can be customised to your needs. Every part can be disassembled easily in case you want to change or clean anything. Every Chemical Mixer comes with an extra tank attached in case the preparation of the product is being done manually. It works for Bleachfix, CD and Stabilisator from any photographic chemical producer such as Fuji, Calbe or Cpac. It is fully equipped to run automated with pH probes and capacity probes in every tank to ensure that ready-to-use product is always available for Minilabs and Photofinishing machines such as the Imaging Solutions VSP 25, Agfa VSP 50, Polielettronica and many other machines. We have previously refurbished Rockwell Hitec HV3 / MM3 Chemical Mixer for photographic chemicals but have switched to a more advanced customised build with more capabilities and more reliability.

The chemical mixer can be easily adjusted to any chemical product, any amount, any pH via the touch panel. In combination with our own Weber SilverEx de-silvering machine you can fully automate photo production without any necessary worker to supervise the machines. The mixer can be customised in language and size, as well as amount of containers for the used products.

Here we have two basic sketches of a suggested re-build tailored to the needs of the largest photo lab of a European country. The goal was to achieve the perfect set-up for efficiency, cost saving and improve the environmental footprint.

For the cannabis industry we have automised the mixing and dosing of nutrients with filtered water while supervising and adjusting the pH to the wanted level. This automated cannabis nutrient mixer and dosage machine is specifically designed for larger commercial cannabis growing operations that are in need of an automated solution for the nutrient feeding of plants. The cannabis nutrient doser and mixer can be customised not only in size and the needed amount of nutrients, it also comes with custom software that can notify you on your phone or computer with any necessary data about the needs of your cannabis plants. The nutrient dosage can be adjusted on the inbuilt Siemens touch panel. The whole mixer can be attached to extensive filtering machines and irrigation setups any from major provider such as Netafim. We are also offering a full planning of cannabis rooms including the nutrient mixer, irrigation system, electrical work and environmental control.
